Vitamin E oil is a natural antioxidant and Vitamin E itself should be part of a healthy, balanced diet. As the oil is an antioxidant, it's excellent for preventing damage to the skin and is also an excellent moisturiser. It has been said to help with anti-aging and is an ingredient in many anti-aging products. It's also good for reducing minor scarring like acne and reducing stretch marks.
